Eleanor’s background is in environmental policy and advocacy, with more recent work in campaign analysis and advice.

Her fascination with what makes people tick led to a PhD in climate change communications and engagement. She has since supported the Australia reMADE collaboration and many organisations across health, human rights, the arts and more to put values and frames into practice.

Eleanor revels in big picture thinking and making big dreams come true. She recently returned from world sailing adventures with her husband Fil and son Aiden.

Mark started his career in advertising and journalism before joining the non-profit world. He has since worked in a variety of communications, campaigns and leadership roles.

In 2012, while heading up ActionAid Australia's Community Engagement team, Mark co-founded the Common Cause Australia network and has since trained over a thousand non-profit staff and volunteers in values-based community engagement.

When he's not talking about values and frames, Mark is exploring his new home town of Canberra, drinking good coffee, running amongst the local wildlife or simply kicking back with his wife Danielle and daughters Sophia and Phoenix.
